Purchasing TicketsEARLY BIRD TICKETS Early Bird Tickets are available for some shows and offer a discount on your ticket purchase. Deadlines to purchase Early Bird tickets are set forth in the event description. If you wish to buy tickets at the Early Bird prices, you must purchase them before the deadline. If you have questions or wish to clarify Early Bird deadlines or restrictions, please contact our Box Office at 970-349-7487 x3.
CHILDREN Children two (2) years of age and up must have a ticket to all events at The Center. Children under two (2) years of age will be required to sit on the lap of an adult. (rev 2/19/16)

Will CallThe Center no longer has will call for Center Productions. You will receive an e-ticket instead. Please print your e-tickets or save them to your phone for the fastest access to the show.
If you do not have email or smartphone access, please bring your ID the night of the show so we can look you up in the computer.
Refunds & ExchangesAll tickets sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges are issued when an event is canceled but not rescheduled.
For visual art classes, all ticket sales are final. If you need to cancel, we will issue you a credit in the amount of your purchase that can be used toward a future Art Studio class or event. Contact Melissa Mason at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel and arrange a credit.
Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be replaced.
TurnbacksIf you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, you may donate the ticket to The Center for resale. Please return the ticket at least 48 hours prior to the performance to receive a tax-deductible donation receipt for the face value of the ticket if the ticket is resold.
SeatingEvents at The Center for the Arts use General Admission seating for nearly all events. There are a handful of events that allow for VIP or priority seating, with the remaining seats open to General Admission ticket holders.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime unless otherwise stated.
General Admission seats are available on a first-come/first-served basis. No reserved seating is permitted.
The Center for the Arts reserves the right to sell overage capacity seating for any event.
Please arrive early or when doors open to ensure your seating. Seating for some shows will include the Back Bench area.
Seating for persons with disabilities is available. Contact us at 970-349-7487 for seating accessibility.
No Smoking Policy1. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the Center for the Arts.
2. Smoking, vaping, or otherwise consuming and ingesting marijuana is illegal in public. It is not allowed in The Center's building or anywhere on the Center for the Arts' grounds, including but not limited to the parking lot, the outdoor stage, the Alpenglow field, the soccer field during any Center sanctioned event, and the front lawn.
3. Smoking and vaping tobacco products is allowed outside in designated areas.
4. The practice of vaping tobacco products and other non-tobacco products is strongly discouraged inside the Center for the Arts. If a complaint is made about the use of a vaping device in the building, the user will be asked to use e-cigarettes only in the designated smoking area.
