Guests will have the pleasure of Judy Byron’s wine expertise in this intimate setting. A wine fanatic for over 18 years, Judy will explain the method of wine pairings chosen to complement Kate’s courses.
Kate Ladoulis, owner and chef of Django’s Restaurant and Wine Bar in Mountaineer Square, uses fresh and unusual ingredients to create small plates with big tastes. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, she worked with the world’s top chefs to learn how to combine traditional French technique with contemporary culinary arts. Let Kate use her professional and fresh creations as she prepares dishes to satisfy your taste palette!
