Due to Elephant Revival's hiatus, their Crested Butte shows on March 21st and 22nd have been cancelled. We are currently trying to book a similar act for late March, and will update all ticket holders this week.

Multi-instrumentalist quintet Elephant Revival mesmerizes with their earthy rhythms, eclectic influences, and rich instrumental brews of rootsy Americana, Celtic, gypsy and folk.

Here you find the moan of the blues, the lyricism of the folk ballad, the elegant bones of the chamber piece. Their newest endeavors explore uncharted territory, breaking sonic recipes and adventuring into a haunting, evocative and mysterious sound. Songs are stripped down and vulnerable with raw vocals and intimate instrumentation. Magnetic pedal steel summons ghosts of love and landscapes with cinematic swells. There is tenderness and wildness, passion and compassion, loss and rebirth, space and grit, brought together by a unified sense of purpose for harmony among all living things and the unifying power of music. As a Rocky Mountain ensemble Nature is both a real and metaphorical touchstone in Elephant Revival’s work, their commitment to community and the environment evident at the core. They’ve headlined venues as grand as the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and travelled from the High Sierra to Telluride Bluegrass Festivals. The five souls of Elephant Revival are: Bonnie Paine (washboard, cello, musical saw), Daniel Rodriguez (guitar, percussion), Darren Garvey (percussion), Dango Rose (upright bass, mandolin), and Charlie Rose (banjo, pedal steel, guitar).
