This class is inspired by the folk story of stone soup, in which a stranger tells the residents of a town that he will make a soup out of a stone and water to feed everyone. Each townsperson shares one ingredient and the result is a delicious community meal. Learn how to transform whatever’s in your refrigerator into an easy and delicious soup with homemade stock.
