Pickled vegetables, cured meat, jams, dips, cheeses and crackers - learn to create a gourmet, from-scratch charcuterie board appetizer with the chefs behind Crested Butte’s Personal Chefs at their new location in CB South. Students are in good hands with these expert instructors, who are famous in the valley for their house-made artisan foods, including cheese, bread, pastries, yogurt and salt-cured meat and fish. Price includes hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages. Location: Crested Butte’s Personal Chefs at 241 Gillaspey Avenue in Crested Butte South (the former location of Tassinong Farms).
