SUMMARY:John Craigie & The Bones of J.R. Jones
DESCRIPTION:Tickets on Sale | Friday\, September 25 at 10:00am\nJoin us on January 23 for an unforgettable double bill featuring John Craigie and The Bones of J.R. Jones. Known for his sharp wit\, heartfelt songwriting\, and captivating storytelling\, Craigie brings warmth and humor to every performance\, while The Bones of J.R. Jones delivers a raw\, soulful blend of blues\, folk\, garage Americana\, and roots rock. Together\, they promise an evening of powerful songs\, compelling stories\, and deeply engaging live music. \nJohn Craigie Bio \nFor over a decade\, John Craigie has made music that brings people in\, not with spectacle but with sincerity and songs that feel like conversations. \nHis new album I Swam Here\, out February 6\, 2026 on Zabriskie Point Records\, was written and produced by Craigie and recorded between New Orleans and Astoria. Seven tracks were cut at Deslonde St Studios with musicians handpicked by Sam Doores of The Deslondes\, including Howe Pearson\, Max Bien Khan\, Jonny Campos\, and a guest appearance from Desiree Cannon. Longtime collaborator Anna Moss appears across much of the record. The remaining tracks were finished at the Rope Room in Astoria\, carrying over the same spirit and palette. The cover art\, painted by Brittany Schall\, nods to the design of mid-century samba and jazz records. \nThe Bones of J.R. Jones Bio  \nJonathon Linaberry looks back on Radio Waves\, his sixth album as The Bones Of J.R. Jones\, but there’s more than just nostalgia at play. Recorded with producer Robbie Lackritz (Feist\, Bahamas)\, the collection is moody and hypnotic\, drawing on the sonic landscape of Linaberry’s youth as it reckons with the doubt and uncertainty of adulthood. The arrangements are entrancing\, built on the tension between acoustic instruments and retro synthesizers\, and Linaberry’s performances are raw and visceral\, at times aching in their vulnerability. Put it all together and you’ve got a poignant exploration of memory and longing delivered by a relentless searcher\, a revelatory work of personal reflection rooted in the endless beauty\, pain\, and chaos of growing up.

SUMMARY:Falco & Book Play Jerry Garcia
DESCRIPTION:Andy Falco and Travis Book are both members of the Grammy Award-winning bluegrass band The Infamous Stringdusters. Inspired by their love of the music of Jerry Garcia\, the duo branches off on their own for occasional tours to celebrate Garcia’s timeless songs. \n“The project actually originated backstage at ‘Dusters shows where Travis and I would typically warm up with some fun Jerry songs\,” Falco explains. “At some point we just thought it would be fun to do it in public” \nThey draw from Garcia’s solo material\, his Grateful Dead catalogue\, as well as the Traditional songs Jerry loved to play. \n“Performing this music as a duo allows us to explore the songs and jam in a way that’s unique to playing as a duo\,” Says Book. “We typically hear these songs in larger ensembles\, but the songs done with just bass and guitar somehow make the music very interactive with the audience. It’s really a testament to the quality of the songwriting\, and we like to put a spotlight on that aspect of Jerry.”
