Andrea Hoffman-Pepitone

Technical Director

Andrea serves as the Center for the Arts’ Technical Director.  Her passion for live production started at a young age, acting and working backstage as technical staff for various productions; including plays produced at The Folger’s Theater and The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.  She would continue working as a technical stage crew member during her tenure at Radford University where she would graduate with a degree in Political Science and Television Production.   It wasn’t long after graduating and working in DC as a paralegal she realized that the typically 9-5 job wasn’t for her and she packed up her life and moved to the mountains!
Living in the Gunnison Valley has presented Andrea with amazing live production opportunities; working as monitor engineer for multiple Grammy Award winning artists, lighting engineer for national touring dance and opera companies, working as sound engineer and lighting engineer for local dance and theater productions, and theatrical and aerial rigging.  She is extremely fortunate to follow her passion for live production as the Technical Director of the Center for the Arts.
When Andrea isn’t working she can be found outside climbing, biking, or rafting with her husband Justin and doggo Poko.
