Culinary Arts at The Center

The Center for the Arts brings you a series of culinary classes for the 2017 Winter Season! Some of the valley’s most creative chefs share their expertise in cooking, baking, and presentation. Sign up for one of our workshops this season, and learn something new in the kitchen. 

Chocolate Mousse & Champagne
February 4th at 1:30 - 4:00 p.m.
Cost $125 includes instruction and supplies

Make ultra-rich and dense chocolate mousse using the finest European dark, milk and white chocolates. Incorporate mousse into trifles, chocolate mousse pie, molds and chocolate mousse cake, sipping champagne while you work! Instructor: Danielle Riesz. 
Make Your Cake and Eat it too
March 22nd and 23rd at 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Cost $75 includes instruction and supplies

Spend two luxuriously creative evenings decorating a themed, fun and whimsical two-layer cake using fondant, buttercream, and other edible mediums. Learn icing, coloring, painting and decorative accents. Instructor: DJ Brown.
Party...Cupcake Style!
May 2nd 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Cost $40 includes instruction and supplies

Use buttercream and fondant to make fun, whimsical and beautiful cupcake creations. Snacks and wine provided. Receive a $5 per person discount if you sign up with one or more friends. Instructor: DJ Brown.
