2019 AP Art Mentor Program and Show

The Crested Butte Community School, in conjunction with the Crested Butte Creative District and the Crested Butte Center for the Arts,  partnered with local professional artists to create mentor opportunities for the school’s Advanced Placement Art students. Seven AP Art students were paired with mentors who helped the young artists work on their portfolios throughout the school year. The AP Studio Art show was held on April 23, 2019 at the Crested Butte Community School. The featured artists were Sage Maestro, Tess Fenerty, Jesse Fulkerson, Maisy McLoughlin, Marion Chater, Emily Harper-Johnston and Zoe Eymere.
