Facilities Director


The Facilities Director is responsible for managing and maintaining oversight of all mechanical systems in the new CFTA facility.  In order to achieve this goal, this position will coordinate and supervise the activities of employees and contractors engaged in performing cleaning, maintenance, repair and remodel activities.  While this department is growing, this employee will be required to not just to supervise, but execute many technical building maintenance functions.  This employee exercises discretion and independent judgement on all significant matters related to the facility and is responsible for directing and supervising staff and contractors.  Please send letter of interest and resume to Jeremy Herzog, COO, at jeremy@crestedbuttearts.org.

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining oversight of CFTA’s website, content, direct marketing and Social media activities.  In order to achieve this goal, this position will coordinate the activities of coworkers and contractors engaged in providing related content, assets and services such as website development, website hosting, interface with ticket sales point of sale (POS) system. While this department is growing, this position will be required to not just coordinate, but execute many technical marketing functions independently or as part of the marketing team.

Special Events Assistant


THE CENTER FOR THE ARTS is hiring a part-time Special Events Assistant. This seasonal position will support the Special Events Department to plan and execute fundraising events including Tour de Forks, the Wine and Food Festival, and ARTrageous. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, outgoing, and works well with staff, board members, patrons, and donors. Pay is $15/hour DOE, 20 hours/week from early June to mid-September. Must be able to work weekends and evenings. Event planning experience is helpful but not required. Development Director

The Development Director leads the organization’s Development Department to maximize and diversify charitable, sponsorship and event-derived revenues through planning for, and management and implementation of, all individual, corporate and foundation prospecting, cultivation, solicitation and communication as relates to the Center for the Arts.  The employee exercises discretion and independent judgment on significant matters related to development and fundraising for the Center for the Arts.

Alpenglow Staff

 

The Center for the Arts is hiring a part time staff for our annual Alpenglow Festival, effective immediately.  This position acts primarily as a greeter for the festival, welcoming patrons into the festival grounds and sharing all relevant information about the event.  This staff member is responsible for enforcing Town of Crested Butte and Center for the Arts policies in the Town Park, while also helping with event setup and breakdown.  Opportunities may exist for this staff member to work in the same capacity in the Center’s indoor venue, for a multitude of events.  Interested applicants should email cover letter and resume to Ryan Huning, Operations Director at ryan@crestedbuttearts.org


 

Box Office Manager


The Box Officer Manager will serve as the first point of contact at the entrance of the Center for the Arts, leading the customer service presence for the organization.  This position must have an ability to interact comfortably with a wide array of individuals including patrons, major donors, staff members and board members.  Must have competencies  to work in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to details, money handling skills, and an advanced skill level with a variety of computer programs and ticketing/donor database system.  This position will also act as the administrator for our box office system.
