ticketing + refund policy

Official Ticket Partner

Humanitix is the official and authorized online ticket partner for all Center hosted events at the Center. The Center does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any third party reseller (such as brokers or individuals).

Ticket Resale

Tickets purchased from a source other than the Center may be lost, stolen, fake, or otherwise violate our terms or policies. Such tickets will not be honored.

Any tickets purchased for resale, or the resale or attempted resale of any ticket at a price greater than face value is a violation of our ticketing policy and we may cancel a portion or all of such orders without notice. Limited exceptions for charitable events may be made, only with the Center’s prior consent.

We also do not provide advice or assistance on the resale of the Center’s tickets at face value.

Fees

A booking fee that covers Humanitix fees, processing fees, and insurance is applied to online and phone sales and is proportional to the ticket price. Fees are not waived when buying in-person, over the phone or with cash.

We are proud to partner with Humanitix as our exclusive ticketing partner. Their mission is to invest in humanity by bringing people together and turning booking fees into a force for good. In 2023 Humanitix donated 2.5 million dollars to nonprofit organizations. Read more at humantix.com.

We do not include our ticket fees in our base price in order to be as transparent as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds will ONLY be made in full in case of a canceled event. No other refunds will be made.

Accessible Seating

We do offer ADA seating at our venues. Tailoring our accommodations to your unique needs, tickets are sold in pairs in ADA locations, one (1) for the person in need of accessible seating and one (1) for a companion. Seating is limited, and it is sold on a first come, first serve basis. To inquire about purchasing or exchanging into accessible seats please contact our main ticket office.

Conduct

No outside food or drinks are allowed in the theaters.

If a patron becomes disruptive, that patron and the group they arrived with may be asked to leave. No refunds.
