The 5th Annual Western Juried Student Art Exhibition showcases the work of current students at Western Colorado University. Curated by David Heskin, a polymath artist and educator from Paonia, Colorado, the show displays work in a variety of mediums both 2D and 3D and highlights students from a variety of grade levels both within the Art and Design Department and from other programs on campus. Through diverse subject matter ranging from capturing the beauty of the Gunnison Valley to finding identity in turbulent times, these students not only express their talents and skills but also their unique perspectives and motivations.
