Writer Megha Nayar, and Brooke MacMillan, Artistic Director at the Crested Butte Center for the Arts

Brooke MacMillan founded the Crested Butte Center for the Arts Writers in Residency Program last year. Four writers from around the world, and one local writer spend the month of May writing and workshopping, culminating in a public reading and the Mountain Words Literary Festival.

Megha Nayar is a non-fiction writer and essayist. She lives in Gujarat, India. She talks about her experience in Crested Butte thus far and shares some of her writing.

We also talk about the program itself and get a sneak preview of the upcoming festival.
